A few years ago I needed a new roof, I went with someone who had done some roofs on my road. He was cheap and thought I was getting a GREAT deal. It wasn't long after I realized more leaks also water up to an inch in my garage, turns out my great deal is costing me 17,000 in repairs to the inside my home. Wasn't a Great deal after all. Now I was facing getting another roofer to fix my great deal. This time I checked with the BBB, and went with Leeper Roofers. It was like night and day from my last experience. They did what they said they would do, also when they gave a day they would be there they were there. The workmanship was unbelievable. After they finished it rained for 2 days straight and not one leak ANYWHERE no water in my garage. There crews paid attention to every detail. I would recommend Leeper Roofing to family and friends any day. My wife and I are very pleased now we can start to remodeling our home. The moral of this story is you get what you pay for. The work ethic and workmanship are topnotch! I have used other roofers but will never again because I am so pleased with Tim Leeper! I am a realtor and. I recommend them to all my clients. These guys are amazing!!!! They were honest and professional. The other guys told us we need our roof replaced and Tim Leeper said we still had several years left and just replaced shingles for us. What a huge savings. The guy that did the estimate was very prompt and professional and the repair guy was out in less than a week to do a very small job. Ashley the Office manager was incredibly accommodating working with our schedule and our time frame. I will definitely only be using Tim Leeper for our roofing needs.

They did a great job. Maybe paid a little too much for the repair. But I can't tell where they fixed it. I may have paid $50 to $75 extra but there was no way I could have fixed it myself. I had a shingle missing and a lifted shingle and they re fastened aluminum flashing to a dormer window where the birds pulled it apart. Cost was $300. I would have been nervous calling a "trunk slammer" to do the job. Glad I went with Leeper.
Tim Leeper Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor whom they had done some repair work for on her roof. I have had persistent leaking on my rear screened porch since my husband and I purchased our home in 2011. We have had 3 people address the leak and no one could seam to stop the leaking. Tim Leeper roofing came out and their estimator discovered the problem quickly and left us with optional repair suggestions. There cost was very reasonable. There folks were on time when they came out to our house in Portland. They took care of the repairs just as was described to us and we have not had a leak since. We will be needing a new roof in about 5-8 years and we will not be contacting any other roofing contractor after our exceptional experience with Tim Leeper Roofing. If there were 10 stars we would rate them as 10!
